Just wondering how every ones 2014-15 hunting season is going for them and their Ithaca firearms.

So far I have bagged five ducks with my 12 gauge Ithaca Model 37,three black ducks and two ringneck ducks.

With the 28 gauge Ithaca Model 37 I have so far bagged one partridge (ruffed grouse) and one rabbit (snowshoe hare).

Squirrel season here in PA (Oct 18-Feb 21) has been very bountiful...as well as the occasional Rabbit, Groundhog, Racoon, Fox, and Opossum (Oct 25-Feb 21) hunting.

Haven't found time for any Pheasant, Grouse, or Quail as of yet...

Thanks for that,SHOOTER13.

The last rabbit I bagged was full of small flat worms in the body cavity ,so I disposed of it rather than take a chance on it.

Over all rabbits and partridge seem low this season.A few more partridge than last year, but not a lot.Rabbits so far seem to be down from last year.

Yes kind of sad when the season ends.

Partridge(ruffed grouse) have been down in my area for a long time. The last year that I had a good year was 2004.

No,wish I could say that I had taken a few days off :).Just no luck. :(

Partridge (ruffed grouse) season closed at the end of December.Duck season closes tomorrow. After that only rabbits (snowshoe hare) left to go for.Do not seem to be many around.
