+1 on what Raven had said...
Second Chance is a good brand...but it must fit properly !
The one I own... the plates are rated NIJ 0101.04 & 05 Standard III-A which stops the overwhelming majority of pistol projectiles you are ever likely to encounter (plus 12 gauge OO buckshot)

Posted: Sun Oct 28, 2012 9:49 pmI wear a Second Chance level 111 on duty. I suggest an under armour shirt underneath it. Proper fit is critical, go to an authorized dealer and let him fit you.
