hello:

Hope your Thanksgiving was good.

I've got a 12 gauge 37 DS smoothbore and it is shooting way high at 50 yards (6" above target) and 75 yards (4" above target). Haven't tried 100 yards but from the progression experienced at 50 and 75 it's probably zero'ed at 100 yards.

I would like to zero it at 50, but is this possible? I've got the blade all the way down on the ramp, and when aiming, have just the very top of the front Raybar sight visible in the v groove of the rear blade.

Is this normal? I suppose that I can somehow shim the front sight to get the adjustment I'd like to have. Does Ithaca make a shim for the front?

Thanks,

Joe
