Hey Col,
I've never done alot of work on rimfires, but I would bet you could get a spring kit or even an entire trigger group for it. I know rugers are notorious for heavy trigger pulls and alot of guys put in spring kits in their vaqueros and redhawks. I'd suggest you try brownells and see what they have.
And a word of note, if you ever have to send the gun back to ruger, they will remove all non-standard parts and send them back to you, install stock parts and charge you. they are extremely litigation shy.

That's pretty slick pikeslayer. It might seem pricey but when you consider what you getting and how it can upgrade your accuracy, it isn't a bad price.

Thanks gentlemen, I'll look into it. I really like mine. It's a fine little plinker. Heavy trigger and all, it still shoots better than I can!
