hello everyone i am the proud new owner of an old well used and warn ithaca hammerless double barrow
12 gauge. there is a number under the forarm, i don't know if that is the serial ,model or the gun number. If anyone could give me a value of this gun in poor condition,please. thank you all so much.

Post the serial number it will identify the model and year of manufacture. In poor condition I would think $50-$100. Maybe nothing.

Pictures, model number, serial number, condition ( poor ?)

...all would be helpful in determining it's value.

Well best I can tell you have a gun made in 1903 that is either a Lewis or NIG model. You can not use modern ammunition in the gun and if it is in poor condition you may not even be able to use low power loads. The cost of "fixing up" a gun like this can easily come to $1000 - $2000. Sounds as if you may have a first rate wall hanger. Could be able to help a bit more with pictures.
