BPskeeter there are 4 screws on the side 2 look like they are # 6 and the other 2 look like #4,

Hmm. I guess I'll call them directly later. I still would like to get to the bottom of this glitch. If one person has this problem, I wonder how many others do , and we just haven't heard about it. I'll keep you guys in the loop.

I have been calling a fair amount today. never got through. grrrrrrr
