Scored a decent looking SxS 12ga Ithaca that I believe is a 1912 Flues & Nigs. I am hoping someone can confirm this and also answer a couple questions.
1- The 4/4 under the barrel means both barrels are full choke... correct?
2- There is a small dent in the end of the barrel. Does this prevent the shotgun from being a shooter?
3- Provided the dent does not prevent the shotgun from being a shooter, how light do the loads have to be to shoot modern loads... if this is even possible.
4- I have heard of replacement barrels for some of these older guns that can take the pressure of modern loads. Are barrels like that available for this particular model?
Thanks in advance for any help!
