This was my father's only shotgun for many years. The frame serial number is 216xxx, indicating that it was made in 1911. The chokes are modified and full. The barrels are 24" Krupp fluid steel. I was told that this is a special woman's gun, having a hollow buttstock, and weighing 5 lbs even. I learned to shoot with this shotgun, keeping pigeons out of our barns. The furthest shot I ever made on a pigeon was 100 paces. I lead an enormous amount. I don't know who was more surprised, me or the pigeon.
