Extractor help

A friend dropped of what he said was a Flues 4E single barrel trap gun, and it could be for all I know.
It is stamped on the barrel and forearm iron and frame with 273314 T. When it is shot he says the extractor doesn't lift the empty. The extractor moves freely with finger pressure and when the barrel is opened if you work it back and forth a bit the extractor comes out a ways but you can push it back in with your finger. The kicker on the forearm doesn't appear to be broken but when I get beyond stripping and cleaning my 37 pump I'm not very smart. It is a beautiful old trap gun and if anyone could give me some help, I'd be grateful.
