Hi Guys
Here's a picture of a Ithaca World War II era 1911 I believe these were standard US Forces issue , I believe the gun to be about 1943 with the early serial number 1229258 , this Sidearm ( Handgun ) was found with other items in an old and dear now deceased friends possessions , with a nice 9mm Luger and a nice old Webley Scott in .38 .

Regards

Steve

Hi Guys
Thanks for the welcome, sorry Ive not replied before now but Ive not been too good, Ive been and had a few MRI scans and I am in terrible pain sometimes in my neck arms and back , anyway thanks once again for the welcome, the 1911 don't look to have done much at all and it is in original condition I haven't fired her lately but I am looking forward to getting a few shots down range shortly.

Join the NRA and resist Firearms control the Gun is only as safe as the person who holds it in their per-session ? you don't want the control what we have in the UK.

You cannot blame everyone.

Sorry to hear about all your pain. I wish the same for you and yours. And we are fighting like hell. I refuse to allow my freedoms to be taken as I have done nothing wrong.
