Hello Everyone,

I am new to this board and was hoping that someone could give me some suggestions. I have a Ithaca model 37 16 gauge featherlite shotgun that needs a butt stock. Ithaca gun company wants 175.00 for this stock. I really do not want to spend that kind of money on this shotgun.

Can someone tell me where I could find a used stock for this gun?

Thank you,

Mike

First let me say welcome aboard! Second, why exactly are you wanting a new stock? Is it cracked, broken beyond repair, or just ugly? I have several old Ithacas, and most of them have had a stock repair at some point. If yours isn't too bad, a fix would be a lot cheaper.

Thanks for the replies,

The stock is beyond repair. If anyone hears about a stock that will fit this shotgun, I would appreciate a quick response. I will keep checking ebay.

Thanks, Mike

I agree with twistedoak. Or you can also try macon gun stocks or talk to Frank at sycamore hills design. Look on the vendor list sycamore hills is listed.

Hope this helps CF

I see this is an older post but Boyds has replacement stocks for the 37 for 54.00. They are plain smooth stock and need fitting but that is a good deal.
